What we do
We are Audio/Video/Lighting integrators based in Texas. We work hard to find the best solution for you and it starts with our design process. Once the project is approved, we then install the recommended solutions as well as provide training to your staff or volunteer team. How we do it
It all starts with you. The only way we can meet your needs is understand what needs are not being met first. That happens through conversations where you talk, and we listen. We want to understand your needs throughout the entire project. Below is how this process looks
Initial phone - A call to see what your current needs are.
Site visit - We visit your organization to discover what pain points you may be facing, what your values are and what drives your organization, and we talk through what options could be implemented.
Design and bid process - During this time, we will design the systems that we feel will work best for your needs and then present a bid for your consideration.
Integration - A team from Big Picture AVL will arrive on site and install the tech per the accepted bid.
Training - One of our specialist will provide training for you and your team as you being to use the installed systems.
